House rules for private accommodation
To ensure that you have a pleasant stay and to avoid possible misunderstandings, please familiarise yourself with the house rules. When the reservation is confirmed, it is understood that you are familiar with its points, agree with them and will comply with them fully. Failure to comply with the house rules may result in cancellation of the reservation and charging of the full price of the stay, regardless of any early forced departure.
So that the host can register the stay, upon arrival at the accommodation unit guests need to hand over to the host the personal documents of all persons (passports or identity cards, voucher) and pay the remaining amount for the accommodation. Personal documents must be returned to the guest within 24 hours.
During the stay, the host is at the guest’s disposal for all information and assistance. We suggest that the guest report any complaints about the quality of the accommodation to the host immediately and, if the host does not take the necessary measures, contact the agency.
Guests are responsible for order and cleanliness in the accommodation and are obliged to maintain them. The host is not obliged to clean and tidy up during the guests’ stay, nor to take the rubbish out of the accommodation units.
The host will change the bed linen every 7 days. The host is under no obligation to provide guests with towels, tea towels, toilet paper, toiletries, cleaning and dishwashing products, sun loungers and parasols.
The host is neither obliged nor responsible for organising guests’ leisure time and entertainment.
Guests are themselves responsible for looking after their belongings and valuables left in the accommodation units, and the owner is not liable for their possible disappearance. When going out, guests are required to lock the door and close the windows.
In the guest’s absence, the host has no right to enter the rented accommodation unit. Exceptions are special circumstances in which entry is essential – because of danger and to prevent damage.
